While overlooked by the masses, Freddie Gibbs was also one of the biggest breakout artists of 2011. Freddie Gibbs rose to fame when Young Jeezy signed him to CTE. Being added to CTE also led to Freddie Gibbs becoming a part of Def Jam. Over the past year, Freddie Gibbs has risen to enjoy much success.
Freddie Gibbs found ways to branch out, working with the likes of Madlib and others. Recently, the Gary, Indiana rapper released his latest mixtape, Baby Face Killa. Released earlier this week, the mixtape has done very well. Baby Face Killa has been accepted positively by both critics and fans.
