French Montana reenters the world of #Empire with much fanfare, as he and Andre were working together on the hack

For those who may have missed it, French Montana has not been playing himself on “Empire.” Instead, his character is a man named Vaughn, who worked for Birdman. When Birdman appeared on “Empire,” he was playing himself.

French Montana’s return to “Empire” was initiated by Lucious (Terrence Howard) to find out if he hacked their servers. In the end, it turns out Vaughn (French) was involved. But, the twist was that the eldest Lyon son, Andre (Trai Byers) was the true culprit.

Outside of all of this, the “Empire” world is just surprised French Montana is back. Fans were on social media with the most to say about that whole situation. Evidenced by the “Damn Andre” tweets, they were surprised that Vaughn and Andre led the hack of Empire.
