For well over a year, French Montana has been promoting his Excuse My French album, his debut album. French Montana rose the ranks of the New York hip hop scene, working with the likes of Max B and others. In 2011, French Montana continued releasing new music, closing the year with a deal with Bad Boy Records.
Initially, French Montana planned to release Excuse My French in July. However, the July 17 release date was never confirmed. With July releases coming from the likes of Nas and Rick Ross, French Montana eventually delayed his album. Yesterday, he appeared on MTV’s “RapFix Live.”
During his appearance on MTV’s “RapFix Live,” French Montana discussed his long-awaited Excuse My French album. French Montana spoke on the guest appearances, saying “everybody” would be featured. In addition to Excuse My French, the Bronx rapper also previewed his “9000 Watts” music video.
