Funkmaster Flex responds to DJ Clue

In recent years, hip hop has looked to their DJs as figures of peace, with many working as buffers to end longstanding feuds. What is overlooked, however, is some DJs who have issues with each other. For two years, Funkmaster Flex and DJ Clue have not been on the best of terms, with the two exchanging Twitter barbs.

Last week, Nicki Minaj’s 2 Chainz-assisted “Beez in The Trap” premiered on Hot 97, during Funkmaster Flex’s show. Funk Flex boasted of how the exclusive originally belonged to DJ Clue. According to Clue’s former co-worker, Flex hacked his computer and stole the song.

Over the past five days, Funkmaster Flex and DJ Clue have been exchanging insults. Yesterday, DJ Clue ranted about Funkmaster Flex on his show on Power 105.1.
