Future, Metro Boomin & Kendrick Lamar’s “Like That” sets record
Last week, Future and Metro Boomin released their highly anticipated joint album, “We Don’t Trust You.” This project contained 17 songs, including collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, and Travis Scott.
Furthermore, one of the biggest records from We Don’t Trust You has since become “Like That,” which featured Kendrick Lamar. As a result, Kendrick had social media on fire, due to subliminally dissing Drake and J. Cole in his verse. However, Drake has yet to publicly respond to this controversial verse.
Moreover, Like That is already doing massive numbers, in regards to sales. According to Chart Data, it is now the fastest selling single of the year in the US. In addition to this, Like That has also earned the biggest units sales week of 2024, with over 300,000 units sold. This was accomplished in under 5 days.
In addition to setting this record, Like That is also expected to debut atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart, next week. The We Don’t Trust You is also on pace to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
