Before signing to Epic Records, Future solidified his position as Atlanta’s top mixtape rapper, alongside Gucci Mane and boss, Rocko, among others. It was this mixtape success that caught the attention of the game. Future soon found himself collaborating with Drake and many other big names.
With so much music out, Future has kept himself going, releasing a new project every few months. Since then, Future worked with the likes of Ludacris, Lil Wayne, and Diddy, along with countless other names. Making a name for himself through his R&B collaborations, Future also has tracks with Kelly Rowland and Ciara.
Yesterday, Future announced his new mixtape, The Movie, on Twitter. Future revealed the new mixtape would be released on January 13. Earlier today, Future released the official artwork. It turns out the mixtape will be a compilation for the roster of Future’s Freebandz Gang.
