G Herbo has had the consistency and commercial success, which evaded Chief Keef. The overall growth of the Chicago hip hop scene was credited to DJ Akademiks. His platform made the Chicago hip hop scene seem larger than life, as fans flocked to it.
Recently, DJ Akademiks ranted about Chief Keef, saying he helped “make” the rapper. This statement left G Herbo offended, as he grew up looking up to Keef. Responding to Akademiks, via IG Story, Herbo told Ak he doesn’t respect him for claiming to “make” Chief Keef.
