G Herbo is trending all over social media today due to his attorney revealing during a Zoom hearing that his girlfriend, Taina Williams, is four months pregnant and they’re engaged. This is after his attorney was vouching for Herbo and for why he should be able to travel. The Chicago rapper also entered a not guilty plea for his federal fraud case, according to TMZ.

The judge was in Massachusetts as Herbo posted $75,000 bond. He also had to surrender his passport and cannot give up assets of up to $50,000. Opening and new lines of credit is also prohibited here. Drug testing is another requirement in this case.

Full charges on the table for Herbo are one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of aiding and abetting aggravated identity theft. He and his crew reportedly used stolen IDs to spend millions of dollars on items such as designer dogs and trips on private Jets.

Earlier this year, Herbo released his ‘PTSD’ album which debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart. It was led by the singles “In This B*tch” and “Shooter” feat. Jacquees.
