Over the past year, many have noticed Dwyane Wade’s second-oldest child, Zion, was a bit “different.” The story was told, when Zion went to the Pride Event, last year, dressed in the colors. His entire family was there to support him.

Gabrielle Union, though not Zion’s biological mom, has been a supportive mother to him. As Zion has gone through this period, identifying as a female, Gabrielle has been there for him. Not everyone understands this lifestyle, but she is there for him.

Recently, Dwyane Wade was on “The Ellen Show,” where he revealed that Zion now identifies as a female, and wants to be called Zaya. How accepting he and Gabrielle Union have been has led to them being lauded on Twitter. The fans on Twitter are loving how accepting these parents have been.
