With his new album on the way, Game finds himself the focal point of the rap game, once again. In his executive chair, Dr. Dre is sitting back and counting, as Game is doing well, along with Kendrick Lamar. Game and Kendrick Lamar are Dr. Dre’s success stories, but there were also failures.

Stat Quo is among these failures, despite his immense talent and large fan base. A representative of Atlanta, Stat Quo was signed to both Aftermath and Shady Records and planned his album for a 2005 release. By 2008, Stat Quo grew tired of waiting and left the label.

Game intends to release Jesus Piece on December 11 and he is making his media rounds in advance. Billboard is the latest media outlet to speak with Game and he made a major announcement. First, Game announced his partnership with Stat Quo and then Rolex Records, which will release Jesus Piece.
