While Game remains a major figure on the hip hop scene, there seems to be a minor disconnect between him and the new generation. They pay homage to Game and he shouts them out on his records. This is the type of relationship Game seems to have with Drake.
Game actually shouted Drake out on his 2012 single, “Celebration,” ironically featuring Chris Brown. When the song hit the radio, the Drake shot out was replaced with a Chris Brown shoutout. But, Game has remained neutral in that situation.
When it comes to college basketball, Drake is with Kentucky’s basketball program. Previously, Game hasn’t expressed being for or against any college team. But, with the Final Four now in full effect, Game is making a bet on Wisconsin, which plays Drake’s Kentucky and he accepted Drake’s $6,000 bet.
