Game credits TDE for saving the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards [VIDEO]

Game 15It looks like 2013 will mark the first year in three years that Game is not returning with a new album. Just because Game does not have a new album, this does not mean he is not making his presence felt. Last week, Game released hisĀ Operation Kill Everything mixtape with DJ Skee.

A lot of people considerĀ The R.E.D. Album-present version of Game his official second part of his career. Since his 2011 comeback, Game has associated closely with the TDE movement, best-known for producing Kendrick Lamar. On his previous two albums, Game included collaborations with Kendrick Lamar and he often sticks up for him.

After watching the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards, Game made mention of Kendrick Lamar and the TDE camp. In reference to the cyphers, Game gave them credit for saving the show. Game let it be known that he felt the show would’ve been “ass” had it not been for them and the West Coast.
