Game will sell less than 10,000 units his first week with “Year of the Wolf”

After finally gaining his independence last year, Game got right back to work. He assembled his Blood Money camp and established an independent deal. The entire crew got to work on a compilation album, Year of the Wolf, which has essentially become Game’s sixth studio album, a follow-up to 2012’s Jesus Piece.

The past few Game albums have shown dwindling sales, with The R.E.D. Album debuting at number one with disappointing numbers. A year later, Jesus Piece debuted top ten with even lower numbers. Despite the low sales, both albums were met with rave reviews and re-established Game as a leader in the rap world.

With Year of the Wolf, Game intended to shed more light on his new artists. This means the quality of the album from a simply-Game perspective is going to be expectedly lower. Despite the “Or Nah” single being a banger, Game was unable to generate interest and this album is expected to sell less than 10,000 units its first week.
