In this new era, there is a lot to be sad about, with race still being a factor in 2017 being at the top of the list. Given this country’s history with minorities and how hard Civil Rights were fought for, the past few months should have never happened. But, it did, and that’s that.
Now, at a time when everyone should be coming together, folks are being torn apart. There was this George Lopez concert, where he made jokes against black people. An offended woman spoke out, only to find herself insulted and kicked out.
It’s going on a full 24 hours since George Lopez’ incident hit the masses, but people are still talking about it. However, George Lopez is virtually off the hook on Twitter, as it has now become a debate of black men against black women. Meanwhile, the outrage is being called fake, please do better!
