Bardi gang is worried sick about Cardi B’s health. The femcee has had to cancel and reschedule many tour dates recently as a result to her recovering from complications of her latest cosmetic surgery. After giving birth to her adorable daughter Kulture, Cardi apparently underwent a weight loss procedure.
The “Money” rapper took to Instagram live to address the situation.
“I hate canceling shows because I love money. I’m a money addict, and I get paid a lot of money for these shows, a lot of money. I’m canceling millions of dollars in shows, but health is wealth so I have to do what I have to do.“
Rather than just telling, Cardi is showing – posting photos of her feet side by side captioning it “Look how swollen my feet get every time I take a plane imagine my body reasons why doctors told me to chill on shows”
She goes on to explain that the swelling is just one of the reasons her doctors have recently told her to lay off of performing, stating it’s because: “my feet and stomach burn when I get puffed up.”
According to a representative for Cardi B, the record breaking rhymer had simply been “overzealous in getting back to work,” and she “didn’t take the time necessary to fully recover from her surgery” before booking her shows she told PEOPLE. She continues to say that “her strenuous schedule has taken a toll on her body and she has been given strict doctor’s orders to pull out of the rest of her performances in May.”
During a recent show, Cardi B herself has admitted that she should not be back on stage yet. She told the crowd that her doctor had urged her not to perform, but she could not stand to stay off the stage!
“I shouldn’t really be performing because moving too much is gonna f— up my lipo,” she speaks into the mic.
As we all know, Cardi has never been quiet about her love for cosmetic surgeries. Although in the beginning she did said that she did not want to lose her baby weight in the operating room, she slowly had a change of heart.
Fans are still unsure when Bardi will retake the stage but we hope she gets well & will be back cutting up the stage soon.
