Always a fringe playoff team, the Milwaukee Bucks were not a team anybody was thinking about, coming into this season. In the East, all eyes were on the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors. These are the two teams that beat Milwaukee, in the first round, the last two years.
Giannis, during those series, proved to be a star in the league. Both series saw the Bucks give their heavily-favored opponents a strong run for their money. Still, nobody saw him having an MVP-caliber season, leading the Bucks to the NBA’s best record.
As great as Giannis is, when he misses a free throw, he manages to miss big time. Tonight, the Bucks have another tough game, in Toronto, as Serge Ibaka is giving Giannis fits. When he went to the free throw line, in the first quarter, Giannis had another airball, leading to Twitter (and Reggie Miller) clowning him.
