Social media has given Gilbert Arenas a new career as a comedian. But, his latest antic doesn’t have everyone laughing. Recently, Laura Govan, the mother of his children, recently passed Anger Management classes and got a certificate, which Gilbert re-posted to his Instagram. He included a caption where he said that is the only certificate she’ll ever have.
