GloRilla denies being paid to perform at Oakland nightclub
On Thursday, GloRilla was trended heavily on Twitter, due to her appearance at an Oakland nightclub, last night. A fan was seen throwing a cup of water at the Memphis rapper, due to not performing. This came after GloRilla wrapped up a show across the bridge in San Francisco, for her “Anyways, Life’s Great” Tour.
One of the promoters ended up taking to Instagram to say that GloRilla was paid $30,000 to perform, and not just do a hosting and walkthrough situation. This promoter was @conbmusic.
“She will be performing live… Not hosting, not a walkthrough. She will be performing live in Oakland, CA, TONIGHT!!”
As a result, CMG CEO Yo Gotti went on to deny that Glo was only paid $30,000. The fellow Memphis native said “$30K to perform. You must have booked Lil Glo, NOT Big Glo #CMG.”
However, GloRilla also went on to speak on this situation, on Twitter. She denied denied that she was spat on, by a fan. Therefore, she also claimed that she was paid to just host at the club, and not perform.
“Ain’t no ho spit on sh*t!!!!!! Ask dat ho how ha face feel doe. No way you think I’m performing when you paid for a hosting, crazy tail self.”
