GloRilla’s debut “Anyways, Life’s Great” EP goes gold
Since last spring, GloRilla has been one of the biggest breakout artists in the industry. She initially went viral for her “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” single, with fellow Memphis native and producer, Hitkidd. As a result, that record even went on to be nominated for a Grammy this year, for Best Rap Performance.
F.N.F. also initially appeared on GloRilla’s debut “Anyways, Life’s Great” EP. That fall. That project contained nine songs, including additional breakout smash hits such as “Tomorrow 2” featuring Cardi B and “Blessed.”
Meanwhile, Anyways, Life’s Great has reached another solid milestone. It is now at gold certification eligibility in the US, according to Chart Data. This comes after selling over 500,000 units. At the time of its release, the EP also went on to debut at number 10 in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. Furthermore, the selfie edition was released this past spring, and contained remixes to records such as “Phatnall,” which included Lil Durk, and Trina on the “Nut Quick” remix.
Anyways, Life’s Great went on to be the title of GloRilla’s first solo headlining tour, as well. That kicked off on January 27 in Charlotte, and concluded in Memphis.
