Gloss Up announces “Best Frenn” single featuring GloRilla
Over the past two years, Memphis has seen plenty of talented artists soar to stardom. These include Pooh Shiesty in 2021, and GloRilla and Gloss Up, in 2022.
Summer 2022 saw both Gloss Up sign to Quality Control Music, and GloRilla join Yo Gotti’s CMG record label. This month, Gloss Up also announced that he’s QC debut project, “Before The Gloss Up,” coming on January 20.
However, Gloss will be releasing a new single, before this project is out. This is “Best Frenn,” and will feature GloRilla. The two have actually been best friends in real life, as they started their friendship in 2019. Thankfully, both eventually saw major success in the industry, and signed to major record labels.
GloRilla also released her debut CMG project, “Anyways, Life’s Great,” EP. That was headlined by platinum hit singles such as “Tomorrow 2” featuring Cardi B and “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” with Hitkidd. F.N.F. is also nominated for a Grammy next month, for Best Rap Performance. She is also going to venture on her “Anyways, Life’s Great” Tour, this month.
