The sole reason Black Lives Matter exists is because of the unnecessary killings of black people by white people, primarily police officers. Responding to the police brutality, a lot of protesting has taken place, in 2020. Many have called this the 2020 Civil Rights Movement.

Sadly, when the protesting began, some people went rogue, destroying property and looting. While that was wrong, what was upsetting was how some people were angrier about the property stolen and destroyed than about the lives lost. Then, some took to Facebook to vent.

Grant Blaine, presumably the owner of Grant’s Construction, in Elizabethton, Tennessee, has spoken out against Black Lives Matter. He dismissed the movement, calling them “a bunch of n*ggers and thugs,” adding that they can kiss his white a**. Later, on the Grant’s Construction page, he called BLM “terrorist,” while mockingly holding a cupcake, with the BLM black fist.
