Every spring, Moogfest invades the Research Triangle here in North Carolina in the Raleigh-Durham area. This year, Moogfest plans to return bigger and better than ever. Among the list of performers this year is GZA, who is doing two days.
Moogfest is more than a music festival, it is also a networking conference and executives from companies, such as Google will be present. The technology part of the festival is filled with informative workshops. Also present will be representatives from Kickstarter.
On the music side, two more acts have been added to Moogfest, ahead of the May 19 start. The two additions are Grimes and Miike Snow and they join a long list of people. Over 250 artists and technologists will be present, including GZA, Gary Numan, and Blood Orange.
