It has been tough going for 1017 Brick Squad recently. Just when it looked as if the label would enter a new chapter, Gucci Mane and Young Scooter were sent to jail. But, from the look of things, Gucci Mane’s charge was nowhere near as serious as Young Scooter, who is said to be behind bars until at least December.
But, as soon as Gucci Mane was released from jail, a probation violation landed him right back behind bars. A slip of the tongue in court made it seem as if Gucci Mane would likely spend more than a few days in jail. While talking to the judge in court, Gucci Mane responded to a question with “bitch, I might be.”
Early this morning, Gucci Mane released “So Icy, Pt. 2.” Plenty of puns were made about the second edition not featuring any guests. Preparing for the release of Trap House 3, it looks as if Gucci Mane will be a free man when the project is released, as he was released from jail earlier today.
