There are a lot of Atlanta rappers having success, but make no mistake, Gucci Mane is still the star of this show. While he releases tons of independent albums and mixtapes, Gucci Mane is a major label artist. With 2012 being a relatively slow year, Gucci Mane is getting things in gear in 2013.
Trap House III is Gucci Mane’s first album since 2011. Last year, Gucci Mane only released three mixtapes. This year, Gucci Mane has already released two mixtapes with one more due and, of course, his next album. With his next album due this summer, the promotion begins now.
1017 Brick Squad, as a whole, is going strong with Gucci Mane and Young Scooter. In the heart of the summer, on July 2, both rappers will release street albums. Trap House III is Gucci Mane’s album and he released the official cover for this album earlier this afternoon.
