Gunna’s “DS4EVER” goes gold, a month after becoming number one album, in the US

Gunna’s “DS4EVER” album goes gold

Last month, Gunna released his third studio album, “DS4EVER.” This project was led by the smash hit single, “Too Easy.” The whim also featured the remix, which included Roddy Ricch. DS4EVER ended up featuring another one of the biggest records out, in “Pushin’ P,” ft. Future and Young Thug.

DS4EVER went on to be Gunna’s second consecutive number one album. It’s also his second album released, in less than two years. Last summer, he was also part of the chart-topping Young Stoner Life “Slime Language 2” album.

Now, DS4EVER has hit another milestone. According to Chart Data, it is now gold in the US. This is after selling over 500,000 units. The album contained 20 tracks, with additional appearances from Lil Baby, G Herbo, Yung Bleu, Drake, and Kodak Black. “P Power” ft. Drake took over a week to appear on DS4EVER, due to needing to get a Donna Summer sample cleared.

Pushin P has also been one of the biggest phrases in pop culture, over the last month. Gunna explained that it simply means keeping things playa, as the P emoji continues to be frequently used, in fans’ social media posts.
