Since 2009, Gunplay has been a big name, in the game. He rose, as a part of Rick Ross’ Maybach Music and he became the most-vocal member, during the 50 Cent beef. Now, Gunplay is doing his own thing, starring in “Love & Hip Hop Miami,” alongside Trick Daddy and Trina.
Gunplay was one of the original MMG members, so he was a part of the Def Jam roster. However, with his second album, Gunplay released it through an indie label. Still, Gunplay is one of the most-popular Miami rappers, in the game.
Recently, Gunplay stopped by Hot 97, in NYC, where he did an interview with Ebro, Laura Stylez, and Rosenberg. Talking about the show, he spoke on his and Keyara’s relationship, along with his own struggles. With that, he announced he is no longer with Def Jam, and is now moving as an indie artist.
