Hands down, the most energetic member of Maybach Music is Gunplay. His style is extreme and takes some getting used to. Gunplay has been around for years and he has begun making his presence felt. Last year, he broke out of the shadow of the label when he collaborated with Kendrick Lamar and they now have more planned.
Lil Wayne recently turned to Gunplay for his I Am Not a Human Being 2 album. Gunplay is one of the few artists to make appearances on the album. Drake and Nicki Minaj are among the others, but Gunplay is one of the few non Cash Money artists to be featured on the album. The stage is set for Gunplay’s takeover.
