Last night, the Atlanta Hawks had a lot of action during their game. First, there was Lil Baby with Jayda, for the first time in over a year. After that, Gucci Mane performed the halftime show. Sometime in between, the Hawks’ courtside reporter got Gucci for a brief interview. However, nobody is thinking about what Gucci had to say. Instead, all of the attention is on the cool guy in the background. He saw his fifteen seconds of fame and he took it.
Over the past decade, photobombing and videobombing has become popular. It’s been hilarious seeing people inadvertently in other people’s shots. Of course, as soon as this randomness became popular, people began doing photobombing and videobombing on purpose. However, when it’s funny, nobody cares whether a person did it on purpose or not. During Gucci Mane’s courtside interview, last night, one guy succeeded in his mission to break the internet.
While Gucci Mane was doing his courtside interview, during the Atlanta Hawks’ game against the Memphis Grizzlies, the fans behind him stole the show. As Gucci talked, one guy soaked up all of the spotlight. Clearly this guy was doing the right things in life. He was courtside at the Hawks’ game, sitting behind Gucci Mane. Even though the Hawks would lose to the Memphis Grizzlies, the guy behind Gucci won at life.
