Apparently, the fan Chloe X Halle were speaking to had a lot of issues going on. The fan breaks down and starts crying. Chloe Bailey broke down and she was crying with the fan. Through all of this, Chloe was comforting the fan, who was a young man. As the man was getting off their IG Live, he said he would not spill any more tea. Chloe, meanwhile, continued wiping her face and providing comfort. The whole time, Halle Bailey had almost a smirk on her face, which has given fans a good laugh.
