On Friday. Drake released a new single, which will appear on his “For All The Dogs” album, next week. This is “Slime You Out,” which contains a huge feature from SZA. Furthermore, it is also the first ever collaboration released by Drake and SZA together.
Meanwhile, one isn’t approving of the initial cover art used for Slime You Out. This is Halle Berry, as Drake used a photo of the actress getting slime poured on her, at the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.
As a result, Berry took to her Instagram comments to voice her disproval of the image of her getting slimed being used for Drake’s single. There, she claimed that Drake never received permission to do so, and that she thought better of him.
Berry also emphasized how Drake is someone she admired, but disappointed her. But, she also stated how she has to simply be the bigger person and move on.
Drake and SZA initially teased the collaboration on Wednesday night, by each posting this cover on Instagram. On Thursday, the two both confirmed the collab, by posting a screenshot of their FaceTime call.
