Havoc calls out Prodigy on Twitter over Chris Lighty’s death

Among the many artists who benefited from Chris Lighty’s magic touch was Mobb Deep. Alongside the likes of Ja Rule, Busta Rhymes, LL Cool J, Missy Elliott, and many others, Chris Lighty served as their manager. Because of his legacy, working his way up from The Bronx to the corporate offices in Manhattan, Chris Lighty received much praise.

While Chris Lighty was one of the brightest businessmen in the history of hip hop, his death was among the saddest. A man who seemingly had everything reportedly committed suicide, following an argument with his estranged wife. One of his former clients, Prodigy of Mobb Deep, addressed this on Twitter.

Given all he did for Mobb Deep, Havoc called Prodigy out over his comments. Once again using Twitter as his platform, Havoc took aim at Prodigy. Both rappers paid their respects to the deceased moguls, Havoc went on to call Prodigy out for firing Chris Lighty as their manager.
