Initially, Havoc was the rapper and Prodigy was the producer. During an interview, Prodigy revealed he and Havoc decided to switch places. Havoc and Prodigy have been Mobb Deep for some time. One year ago, Mobb Deep’s duo cut ties with each other and they have not done anything together since.
Havoc took his production to a higher level and became one of the biggest producers in the game. Over the years, Havoc has produced tracks for 50 Cent, Nas, and many other big names in the industry. With 2013 starting off, Havoc is waiting for a new start, as he and Prodigy cut ties in 2012.
Converse Rubber Tracks has launched a new hip hop series. Also looking for a new start, they sat Havoc down for their first interview. The topic of discussion was not Prodigy, however, instead Havoc and his moves were the only things discussed in the interview. Havoc explained how he got into production and what the journey has been like over the fifteen plus years he has been doing his thing.
