HHV Exclusive: Chris Brown talks “Loyal” success and “New Flame” single with Usher and Rick Ross

With the fall here, Chris Brown is owning things with his “New Flame” single, featuring Usher and Rick Ross. But, during the summer, Chris Brown had the anthem of the year with “Loyal,” with Lil Wayne, Tyga, Too $hort, and French Montana.

Fresh off the release of X, Chris Brown is out heavily promoting the album. With so much work, Chris Brown is also making tons of guest appearances on records. Among the songs he has appeared on includes Compton Menace’s “Put On My Niggas,” where Hip Hop Vibe was on set.

In the second part of Hip Hop Vibe’s exclusive interview with Chris Brown, he talks to Shorty Mack about his singles. He talked about the inspiration of “Loyal,” which has several versions to it. Now, “New Flame,” which Eric Bellinger told Hip Hop Vibe he wrote, featuring Usher and Rick Ross, is buzzing and Chris Brown also spoke on it.
