HHV Exclusive: Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino and Brian Tyree Henry talk Atlanta culture, shouting out Migos, and more

A year and a half ago saw Donald Glover, Jr. finally premiere “Atlanta,” his long-discussed project. With that, he partnered with FX to do the series. Season one made stars out of Brian Tyree Henry and LaKeith Stanfield, along with a hilarious guest appearance from Austin Crute.

“Atlanta” touched on the social norms, for the young black people trying to make it. Centered around Earnest (Glover), the show follows the life of a young man trying to make it as a businessman. He senses an opportunity in his cousin, Paper Boy (Brian Tyree Henry), a local rapper.

With season two of “Atlanta” premiering tomorrow, Donald Glover, Jr. and Brian Tyree Henry talked to Hip-HopVibe.com. They took time out, on the red carpet, to discuss season two. During the interview, they spoke on the Atlanta culture, Glover shouting Migos out, and more.
