No longer can the hip hop scene in the Carolinas be denied. Both states are getting it done and the people are well-known. A couple of years ago, Mo Beatz, from South Carolina, began making noise with his single, “Bread Winner,” featuring Trina.
Mo Beatz has become one of the brightest rising stars in the game. His influence comes a lot from DJ Luke Nasty, who actually was a DJ before becoming an artist. Likewise, Mo Beatz was strictly a producer before becoming an artist and Luke Nasty featured him on his record.
At the Fleet DJs Conference, Mo Beatz caught up with Foxy 99’s popular personality, G Moniy, for an HHV Exclusive interview. He would talk about the “Bread Winner” single with Trina, letting it be known he didn’t benefit much from it. But, he said the “Sugar Honey Iced Tea” single with Luke Nasty was a big look, as Drift from New Jersey introduced himself.
