After falling out of the spotlight, Philadelphia has gone through a strong return. Much of the attention has gone to such rappers as Meek Mill, Tone Trump, Young Chris, Freeway, Beanie Sigel, and Cassidy, along with many others. However, there are many producers who are making noise. Sarom is from Philadelphia and he has produced such songs as “Diamonds” by Fabolous and Birdman’s “Pop Bottles.”
Sarom has made a name for himself on the mixtape level, too, producing Lil Wayne’s 2007 hit, “Something You Forgot.” In addition to producing for hip hop artists, Sarom has also produced for Brooke Hogan, a popular reality television and pop star. Working for so many years, Sarom has enjoyed a strong boost in his popularity, in recent years.
Earlier this week, Q the Question caught up with Sarom, giving Hip Hop Vibe the exclusive. During their conversation, Sarom discussed his rise in the music industry. Among the people Sarom mentioned he worked with included Lil Wayne, Fabolous, Young Jeezy, and many more. Sarom would also speak on his recent work, Slaughterhouse’s welcome to: OUR House and Lil Wayne’s “My Homies Still” with Big Sean.
