What is it like to be a part of something that is positive and fast-moving like TBM? I its a great feeling to be part of TBM. We all started from the bottom and we all move as a unit one big family with one goal, to make it out the hood.
Does it surprise you to see how far the group has come? It doesn’t surprise me to see how far the group has come. We all got talent and it’s just something that is meant to be, that gut feeling.
How do you feel about your position within the group? My position within the group is solidified. I have put work in with my tbm family, now everything starting to show work hard play hard.
With so many members in the group, were you impressed with how everyone had a moment to shine on this mixtape? I mean, like I said we all got talent and we all have the ability to make good music for the radio and the streets. But, everyone had enough songs to show what they capable of doing.
Do you have any favorite tracks off the project? My favorite tracks are “100 Rounds,” “Pose,” “Doing My Thing,” “What it Do,” “Ridin wit my Homies,” and “Feelings””Feelings” is bringing back that New York rap, very lyrical track .
How do you feel about the reaction to the project from the fans? The fans love it, I mean in two weeks, we got 15,000 downloads, 35,000 views, and 26,000 streams and listens. It shows a lot of people are paying attention.
What are the conversations with you and Fred The Godson like? Conversations with me and Fred The Godson are like any other conversations, usually joking because we are family, but it comes down to music, making history, money, and and what our next move is.
Is it comforting to know you have so many people in your corner like TBM? It is comforting to see you have people actually supporting what you do. As an artist, you tend to normally think about other people’s opinion,s but with so many people behind it doesn’t matter what anybody says, we here.
As far as the rest of the year, where do you see TBM going? We are going to the top!
