Trap Beckham continues to be one of the hottest rising artists out of Jacksonville as he has now released his new ‘Make America Shake Again’ project. It is led by two of some of his most hottest singles to date, “Salsa” featuring Iman Shumpert and “Back It Up” feat. breakout star, Flo Milli.

Hip-HopVibe.com had the opportunity to sit down with Beckham in Atlanta to discuss this project which is out today, these two buzzing singles, performing at the Parking Lot Concert Series in Atlanta and North Carolina, Florida artists he’d like to work with, how he’s adjusted as a artist during the COVID-19 pandemic, and more.

Beckham initially didn’t know who Milli was but TJ Chapman who manages him, put him on to her. When Beckham heard her music, he realized that he definitely wanted to collaborate with the Alabama rapper. The Salsa collab with Shumpert came about following a studio session in Miami when he finished his and Shumpert came through for his own. Beckham stuck around and the two ended up connecting. Beckham also added that he wanted to touch different demographics on that record.

On Make America Shake Again, Beckham says that he provides “up and down lit vibes” as fans are treated to nine tracks. As far as the Parking Lot Concert series, he had high praise for the way fans in North Carolina showed up and interacted with him. The Jacksonville rapper definitely sounded satisfied with the energy after months of the coronavirus pandemic shutting down concerts.
