As usual, Jay-Z is winning and it is hard to overlook. He does not rap as much as he used to, but he is still the architect and archetype of the rap game. Focusing on his businesses, Jay-Z launched Roc Nation Sports and then signed Skylar Diggins. Protecting his business interests, Jay-Z bought her a present.

News broke this morning of Jay-Z buying Skylar Diggins a Mercedes-Benz CLS as a graduation gift. Preparing to enter the WNBA, Skylar Diggins needs wheels and the internet has embraced Skylar Diggins’ new ride. Even though there are more exotic cars than Mercedes-Benz out there, the car remains one of the first ones in hip hop.

In honor of this and the overall love hip hop has for the Mercedes-Benz, Hip Hop Vibe decided to take a look at the Mercedes-Benz CLS. A vehicle most would dream to own, or go overboard on social media showing off, is just another drop in the bucket to the man who runs rap, Jay-Z, and he gifted it to a girl he sees doing her thing.
