A young couple is currently behind bars facing attempted murder charges. It all started over a parking space. Now there are three lives that are permanently changed. The couple is facing serious prison time, meanwhile their victim may have permanent brain damage. Everything got out of hand, all due to a parking space. Too often, people are willing to throw their lives away for no good reason.

Often, people dream of moving to big cities and living out their dreams. What they overlook is that the big city fantasy is mainly played up for TV and movies. The reality is actually much harsher than the screens portray. More often than not, people are living in cramped quarters. In addition, the parking situation is another battle within itself.

Tensions can really spill over when living in the city and trying to find a parking space. A lot of times, parking turns friends into enemies. For a Hispanic couple, in New York City, it ruined their lives. They got into a dispute with a neighbor over a space. As a result, they beat the man within an inch of his life. Now, he has severe brain damage. Meanwhile, they face second degree attempted murder charges.

In addition, they face charges of first and second degree assault. They will have their day in court on March 23. Meanwhile, the victim is scheduled to have surgery.
