Battle rapping has received a lot of mainstream attention over the past couple of years. The artform is the original form of hip hop, itself, so it’s only right for battle rapping to receive attention. Comparable to all the other genres within hip hop, the battle scene has also evolved.
Hitman Holla is one of the more-prominent names on the battle scene in terms of recognition. In recent years, the college-athlete turned rapper has picked up a major fan base off his battles. But, with battling being the most-competitive facet of hip hop, which is a competitive genre, it can be difficult.
A week ago, Hitman Holla put a video on Instagram of him roller skating. Most people do not have the ability to roller skate and a lot of people who do appear to be doing all they can to stay balanced. Hitman Holla, however, appeared well-versed as a roller skater in this new Instagram video, where it seems like he is dancing to the music and it has led to quite the discussion online.
