After the New York Knicks’ loss to the Indiana Pacers, Derrick Rose went missing. During the game, Derrick Rose experienced a no-call, which happens often to teams not named the Warriors and Cavs. But, still, teams managed to have success.
Derrick Rose, once upon a time, was a major force in the NBA. Back in 2011, Rose won the MVP award and led the Bulls to 62 wins, good enough for best in the NBA. On top of that, Derrick Rose led them to the conference finals for the first time since the Michael Jordan era.
Injuries stripped Derrick Rose of much of his explosiveness and the Bulls decided to cut their losses, fully investing in Jimmy Butler. At one point, Derrick Rose looked to be on the verge of recapturing his magic, but has since gone missing. Fans are now wondering what’s up with Rose, as Stephen A. Smith, among others criticizes him for going off the grid.
Apparently, Derrick Rose had a family emergency in Chicago and had to leave, immediately.
