Three days ago, Honey Cocaine became one of the most-discussed topics in hip hop, but not because of her music. Signed to Tyga’s label, Honey Cocaine was a part of his Careless World tour, which made a stop in Omaha, Nebraska. During the Omaha performance, Tyga got into an arguement with people in the audience.
Quickly, the argument turned violent and Tyga’s crew was rushed off stage. As the melee ensued, Tyga and company were rushed into a vehicle and gun shots were fired. There were only two people injured, as shots were fired. Honey Cocaine was among them, shot in the arm.
Tyga addressed the shooting twice on Twitter, later formally discussing the situation with Yesi Ortiz. Honey Cocaine, meanwhile, also spoke on the shooting through her account on Twitter. Despite getting shot, Honey Cocaine looked at the positives and she recently sat down with v6mtv to formally discuss the shooting.
