Houston man arrested after impersonating police officer, in attempt to see Megan Thee Stallion at concert

Megan Thee Stallion has definitely been active over the past month, after previously being on a social media hiatus, since November. She appeared at Vanity Fair’s Grammy party, and even met Vice President Kamala Harris’ Women’s History Month event, at her mansion.
Last weekend, Megan also went on to theis our the first pitch at the Astros game at Minute Maid Park, in her hometown of Houston. She also went on to perform at the AT&T Block Party, the next day, in her hometown of Houston. That was part of the NCAA March Madness Music Festival. However, one man was attested for taking an extreme route, in an attempt to meet Megan at that concert.
According to ABC 13 in Houston, a local barber named Trayvone “Lil Darus” Stevenson was arrested for impersonating a member of a K-9 unit, by wearing a K-9 vest. Stevenson was able to get inside the venue, by claiming that he was a member of the security team, for the night.
However, Stevenson went on to be arrested close to 8PM, right before the Megan concert officially kicked off. He was also charged with impersonating a public servant. Therefore, on April 3, Stevenson was granted $15,000 bond, and reportedly posted it.
“Megan Thee Stallion is a fantastic draw, big draw, especially here in Houston, but this is still a felony case,” said Prosecutor Mathew Jackson regarding the arrest. “You cannot go and impersonate an officer to get into a concert venue.”
