Houston police investigating argument that led to Takeoff’s passing

Earlier this week, hip-hop lost one of its biggest stars, in Migos rapper Takeoff. He was shot and killed outside of a local bowling alley, in Houston, after gunfire erupted from two firearms. This occurred after an argument ensued between Quavo and a group of men.

According to TMZ, this argument is now being investigated by police, in Houston. Initially Quavo reportedly got angry, due to losing in a dice game. The augment lingered outside of the bowling alley, which soon turned into a discussion about who could beat who, in a game of basketball.

10 shots went on to be fired, as Quavo was leaving the scene. People quickly scattered, but Takeoff was hit in the middle of the crossfire. Police have since stated that no arrests have been made yet, but there is one person of interest. This is a man who was seen armed with a gun, in his pocket.

Tributes have since poured in for Takeoff, from names such as Beyoncé, LeBron James, and his Quality Control Music record label. Quavo and Takeoff understandably still haven’t publicly spoken yet. Offset did change his Instagram avi to a photo of Takeoff, though.
