A decade ago, a few rappers began coming at Jay Z over his age and making fun of his comeback attempt. But, when a person made sure they owned their entire career, they can do what they want. So, a decade later, Jay Z is still here.
The past couple of years have been filled with Jay Z-headlined stories about TIDAL. Prior to this, headlines questioned when Jay Z planned to drop his next album. He did as he often does, shifted the focus to the other artists coming up.
Now forty-seven years of age, Jay Z is a successful rapper, businessman, father to Blue Ivy, and husband to Beyonce. Together, they are hip hop’s first billionaire couple. In celebration of all of this, Twitter has come together with the #HovSaid trend to mark all of the best Jay Z quotes.
