A bidding war built over Chief Keef and Birdman was also one of the people wanting him on his roster. Jimmy Iovine ended up being the one to win this bidding war, but their affiliation’s success is up for debate. Despite his deal with Interscope, Chief Keef recently signed with Gucci Mane and 1017 Brick Squad.
Gucci Mane has spoken highly about Chief Keef, no matter what his opinions on other people close to him are. But, just because Chief Keef joined Gucci Mane, it doesn’t mean he stopped being cool with Young Jeezy.
