Ice Spice named Best New Artist at MTV VMAs
On Tuesday, Ice Spice definitely had an amazing day. She appeared at the annual MTV VMAs, inside the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. Furthermore, she also took home an award, at the VMAs.
Spice was named Best New Artist, after experiencing a memorable breakout year. The Bronx rapper won this award over Pink Pantheress, Kaliii, GloRilla, as well as Peso Pluma.
Furthermore this comes as Spice has scored plenty of buzzing hit records, since last August. She initially went viral last August, with her “Munch (Feelin’ U)” single. That fall, she also dropped her “Bikini Bottom” single. Moreover, in January, Spice put out her debut “Like..” EP. That contained additional hits such as “In Ha Mood” and “Princess Diana.” Princess Diana earned a remix with Nicki Minaj, and also went on to collaborate with Nicki and Aqua on the “Barbie World” record, which appeared on the “Barbie” movie soundtrack. The deluxe edition was also released in July, which contained the viral “Deli” single.
Meanwhile, Ice Spice’s Dunkin’ collaboration will also be available on Wednesday. This is the Ice Spice Munchkins Drink, as a commercial was even released with Dunkin, herself, and Ben Affleck for it, on Tuesday night.
