Ice Spice reveals that she’s done recording “Y2K” album

Back in January, Ice Spice revealed that her debut studio album, “Y2K,” is arriving in 2024. That was announced during her appearance on The Today Show. Moreover, that came a month after Spice initially teased the date for the album, on Instagram. This project is named after her birthday, January 1, 2000.

Meanwhile, Spice has just provided a huge update, regarding the release of the Y2K album. She just took to her Instagram feed to announce that it has now been completed. In this post, Spice uploaded several photos of her from a recent photo shoot, where she poses in the night time, and is alos seen liking a lollipop. However, the official release date has yet to be publicly announced.

This latest development comes after Ice Spice released her “Think U The S*** (Fart)” single, in late January. That was a Latto diss record, which went on to debut at number 37 in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. this was her first single of the year, as she was also nominated for four Grammys, in February.
