Ice Spice’s old “Buss It” video goes viral

Back in late 2020 and early 2021, Erica Banks had a major breakout record. This was “Buss It,” as it was initially released in the summer of 2020. The end of the year saw the record really take off, though, and it started a huge social media trend. This involved women starting videos off in casual attire, and then transitioning to outfits with more sex appeal, and twerking to the song, once the chorus started.

One Buss It video that is gaining traction again, is Ice Spice’s. She initially posted hers to Twitter, in early January 2021. Spice started the video out in a black shirt and scarf, and soon ended up in a green dress, as fans loved the energy and looks that she brought.

Spice initially went viral, this past August, with the release of her “Munch (Feelin’ U)” single. This has become on social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Last month, she put out her fifth total single of the year, “Bikini Bottom,” as well as the video for it. Spice revealed that she’s a big Spongebob Squarepants fan, and that’s where she drew inspiration for the song’s instrumental and title.
